Apple Butter Festival and Harvest dinner
Riley's Hometown Jamboree
Enjoy a little picking and Chicken as we gather to play our favorite selection of folk, western, bluegrass, and gospel tunes. The Riley family band will entertain you during the dinner hour, then we will invite you to join the the jam with your voice or instrument.
Adults $20 Childern (3-12) $15
Celebrate the conclusion of the Harvest season with us on Thanksgiving weekend. We will be gathering the remaining fruit of the year to make boil down into a delicious a apple butter. Help in the process of the apple butter making and participate in the various lawn activities.
Festivities will take place on the green in front of the country store.
Saturday evening, at our harvest dinner, we will serve a festive family style pumpkin stew, Wasaill, and fall desert. While you dine you will be entertained by the Riley family and Friends, and our selection of folk tunes and historic ballads. Following dinner, Dennis Riley will invite you all out to the floor to finish the evening with festive contra and square dances. Ample instructions will be provided.
Currier and Ives Christmas Dinner
Partake in the Christmas season in classic Currier and Ives fashion! We'll be singing, dancing, and enjoying the chilly winter evening as we gather 'round the warm hearth for a holiday feast. So, don your festive best and join us for a night of Yuel Tide cheer.
You will dine on Cider raosted ham, Chicken pie, dutch oven roasted potatoes, Green Beans, followed by a hearty bread pudding

A night of great movie experiences are in store for you this Summer.
July 11, 18, and 25
We will set up the big screen on the lawn in front of the barn and will host three classic films; "Friendly Persuasion", "It happened One Night", and
"Wizard of Oz". Join us for movie trivia and sackraces prior to showtime. The film will begin at sundown.

Step into a weekend of 19th century entertainment and daily rituals.
August 1st and 2nd, 2015
We will have plowing demonstrations, tomahawk throwing, and other activities taking place on the green in front of the country store. On Saturday night we will host and evening of western music and dutch oven coking under the summer stars.
This uniquely themed event is one that leave you reminiscent of a past age.
